Please enter all of your contact information after clicking on add to cart, including email address.  For shipment question, choose in-store pickup.  You are not being charged.  This is our way of receiving your information only.  You will receive a confirmation email that will include your participants number.  Please forward that email and Participant Number with the required photos and information to curvysta@yahoo.com.    Your participant number is the number we will use to identify you.  You must register on this website to participate.  Must be 18 years of age to participate and size 14-24.
All participants must be present on Thursday, 3/25/2010, 7-9 p.m. to qualify.
