Shipping Policies
As a customer of curvystashop.com we promise you prompt service. If your order meets all authorization requirements, your order will be shipped on time. Any orders that are placed after five p.m. will ship out the following business day. Orders placed by noon, will be shipped out the same day.
Our Free Shipping offer is for standard USPS only. Any other shipping arrangements are the purchaser's responsibility.
All of our shipping is through USPS, unless a request and payment is made for another carrier.
Standard: average 3 to 7 business days.(Free shipping)
Next Day Air: Next Business Day.
2nd Day Air: Two Business Days after order is shipped.
3rd Day Air: Three Business Days after order is shipped.
Once the item is shipped we will provide a tracking number to the UPS website for your convenience.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship to any area within the continental U.S.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Policy
Items that are final sale and marked as not returnable will not be accepted.
Items purchased from curvystashop.com may be returned only if the item is in its original condition with all of the original tags still attached. Every product you purchase is guaranteed. Any returns must be sent back within one week of the invoice date on receipt.
Any items received after seven days will be exchanged for store credit only. Any returns that do not meet the return policy requirements will be returned and credit will not be issued.
Complete the return/exchange form and enclose a copy of the original invoice(with invoice number and billing name) in a sealed insured package and shipped to this address:

Credit may not be combined with multiple returns; it may only be used per one invoice amount.
Any returns/exchanges received will be processed immediately and we will notify you via email, phone, fax or mail about your return.
